Who I am

Plumb Daily is made by Matthew Sweet and published by Platform21. Platform21 (registered as Platform 21) is a business name of The Trustee for the Icedreamery Property Trust, ABN 49 721 370 876, based in Queensland, Australia. In these terms, I, me and my mean Platform21 and Matthew. You means the person using the website or the app.

Using this website

The website tells you about Plumb Daily and lets you join the waitlist. When you use it:

• The information here is general, and it may change as the app changes.
• You agree not to misuse the site. That means not trying to break into it, overload it, interfere with the waitlist or use it for anything unlawful.
• I try to keep the site accurate and available, but I can't promise it will always be either.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, I'll email you when Plumb Daily launches. Joining doesn't commit you to anything.

The waitlist isn't a promise that the app will launch by a particular date or with particular features. You can leave the list at any time by emailing support@plumbdaily.com.

Your licence to use the app

Apple distributes Plumb Daily – through TestFlight during the beta, and through the App Store after release. Your use of the app is covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

If I publish my own licence agreement for the app, it will replace Apple's standard one. It will appear on the App Store listing, and I'll link to it here.

Your photos are yours

Everything you capture or import with Plumb Daily belongs to you. I don't get any rights to it.

The app never sends your photos to me. They stay on your devices, in your Photos library and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud.

Beta software

Plumb Daily is beta software right now, tested through TestFlight. If you use the beta:

• Expect bugs, and features that change or disappear before release.
• Allow Photos access, so each photo also saves to your Photos library. That keeps a copy outside the app.
• Each beta build works for up to 90 days, then stops.
• Apple's TestFlight terms apply as well as these terms.

Please don't rely on the beta as the only copy of photos that matter to you.

No warranty for the beta

The beta is provided as it is, for testing. To the extent the law allows, I don't promise that the beta will:

• work without errors
• keep all your data
• stay available for any length of time

This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out below.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. The same goes for any other right you have that the law says can't be excluded.

Limits on my liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website, the waitlist or the beta. That includes lost photos or videos.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Plumb Daily name and this website

The Plumb Daily name, the plumb bob icon, and the text, images and design of this website belong to Platform21.

You're welcome to link to this site and share its pages. Please don't copy its content, or use the name or icon in a way that suggests I endorse something.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Apple and Cloudflare. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the app and this website change. I'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site or the app after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

The law of Queensland, Australia, governs these terms. You and I agree that the courts of Queensland can hear any dispute about them, although other courts may also have jurisdiction.
